I bought this just under 3 years ago. About 6 months ago the door lever broke and required a part (£7). I rang Baumatic who put the part on order only to be told (bought a cheap temp microwave in the meantime) after 6 months that the part is no longer available. So left with a £145 microwave that is in working order but can’t open the door. I am in the process of writing a long complaint letter to ask why about their 5 year parts promise. Will never purchase a Baumatic product again and would advise others to do the same.
